How long have you been in the real estate industry?
I have been in real estate for 16 years.
What made you decide to become a realtor?
I worked for corporate america for years and decided that I wanted to explore my passion for homes and real estate. So I started and 16 years later still loving what I do.
What differentiates you from other realtors?
I have lived in Oklahoma City my entire life and know all parts of the city. I feel that I have a knowledgeable idea of where people want to live in all different seasons of their life. First time buyer to starting a family to becoming empty nesters and down sizing. I really take the time to listen to what a buyer wants and then for me it is time to find that needle in the haystack for them.
What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house?
Determine your price before you even look! Then feel out what areas of the City you wish to live in, then really focus on homes in both your price range/area!
What is your favorite thing to do in Oklahoma City?
I am constantly exploring OKC. Love what this city has turned into. Very exciting and upcoming and love to pass along the excitement of new restaurants, venues, parks etc. This city has so much to offer and and always something new to check out.
