November’s Realtor Spotlight features Londa J. West. Londa is a realtor at Keller Williams Realty in Edmond, Ok. We asked Londa to share her story with us and let us know what sets her apart from other realtors.
How long have you been in the real estate industry? I have been working in this industry for 13 years now.
What made you decide to become a realtor? I was working in Sales for years. After I had my two beautiful daughters, I wanted to continue to work but, with more flexibility with my work hours. Working in Real Estate gave me the flexibility, and allowed me to spend quality time with my girls.
What differentiates you from other realtors? I have built my business on being customer oriented. I take the time to listen to my clients’ wants and needs. I also provide excellent customer service through the process of buying or selling a home.
What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house? It is important that any buyer gets pre-qualified with a Lender first. This way they know what price range works best for their budget unless the Buyer is a CASH buyer. The next piece of advice I would give is, to know what area of the city you want to reside in. If Buyer has children, what school district do they prefer? Then I would suggest they take time to understand what their needs and wants are in a home.
What is your favorite thing to do in OKC? My husband and I love to dine at new and different restaurants. We love attending THUNDER games. I also love working out and supporting my daughters with their activities in basketball and dance.
