Williams Realty Elite. We talked with Denise and asked her to tell us what makes her and Troy stand out from other realtors in OKC.
How long have you been in the real estate industry?

What made you decide to become a realtor?
I had wanted to be a realtor 20 years ago but had been told I could never make it and it would just be an expensive hobby. I used the negative seed someone planted and got my license 6 years ago and have used creativity, innovation and stellar service to be top of mind. In a saturated industry of over 6,000 realtors, we are top 1%. Moral of our story: Don’t let anyone steal your dreams! Take the leap of faith to live out your purpose with passion!
What differentiates you from other realtors?
We take an approach where we serve people, selling homes is just a byproduct of what we do.
What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house?
Buying a home is, oftentimes, a person’s largest investment. It costs nothing to have a buyer’s agent represent your best interests through the process. There are a lot of moving parts to a real estate transaction that a realtor can help you navigate through. We negotiate more than just the price. The repairs, appraisal and all the deadlines within a contract can be overwhelming and complex. We advocate for our clients and treat them like family.
What is your favorite thing to do in Oklahoma City?
We love trying new restaurants, entertaining friends and going to local art exhibits.
