January’s Realtor Spotlight features Karl Oltermann. Karl is a realtor with KO Reality based in Oklahoma City, OK. We asked Karl to share with us his story and any tips he may have for new homeowners.
How long have you been in the real estate industry?
I have been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. My wife Rhonda received her realtor license in 2018, and together we became the KO Reality Team.
What made you decide to become a realtor?
Real Estate is our full-time career, and passion to buy and sell God’s great gift of Land. Bringing together my background in agriculture and construction, and with Rhonda’s sales and marketing experience, we will cover all aspects of your Real Estate needs.
What differentiates you from other realtors?
This is our passion. We would be happy to help you fulfill your dreams. Whether it is buying or selling your home, a piece of land, horse or cattle ranch, agriculture, recreation or development properties.
What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house?
Do your homework, inspections, verify everything.
What is your favorite thing to do in Oklahoma City?
Roaming the aisles of Bass Pro or Cabelas, and having a steak at Cattlemans.
