January’s Realtor Spotlight features Cynthia Cope. Cynthia is a realtor at Keller Williams Realty. We asked Cynthia to tell us what makes her stand out from other realtors in OKC.
How long have you been in the real estate industry?
I have been in the industry for about 1 1/2 years.
What made you decide to become a realtor?
After retiring from a corporate career, I wanted to stay active and involved with people. What’s better than helping people achieve their dreams when buying and selling homes!
What differentiates you from other realtors?
I know the metro area extremely well and believe I can relate to each of my clients when we set out on the Real Estate journey together.
What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house?
Trust your Realtor! Be candid about your wants and needs.
What is your favorite thing to do in OKC?
It’s a challenge, but I love trying all of the new restaurants. There are SO many that it’s almost impossible. That and trying to keep my weight in check while experiencing the fabulous choices.
