- How long have you been in the real estate industry?
I’m celebrating my 20thyear in real estate this year. - What made you decide to become a realtor?
I really like people and I am always happy to be of help. Secondly, I firmly believe in real estate as an investment. - What differentiates you from other realtors?
I think my communication skills are one of my best attributes. I strive to be a good listener and negotiate for win-win solutions in all aspects of a transaction. I pride myself on being a problem solver. - What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a new house?
Contact a Realtor, who is a professional, to guide you in all aspects of buying a home. It’s extremely important to be apprised of current market trends as buying a home for most is a very large undertaking and investment. - What is your favorite thing to do in Oklahoma City?
My favorite thing to do in Oklahoma City is to enjoy all the public parks. I particularly enjoy walking around Lake Hefner, Bluff Creek Park and Scissortail Park.
